It doesn't seem like a big deal when Marty has to stay with his Aunt Peg and his cousins Teri and Tami while his Mom is away on business. Under normal circumstances, it wouldn't be a big deal but his Aunt and cousins, along with his Mom, have cooked up a plan to turn Marty into what they think he is destined to be: a beautiful young woman. Before he knows what's hit him, Marty is dressing up as Mary Ann on a daily basis. His body is undergoing a transformation as well, taking on feminine proportions, something not missed by the horny young men of the small town "Mary Ann" has taken up residence in. Strangest of all, Marty/Mary Ann finds his/herself starting to like the attention of the handsome young studs.
