Most feminization stories are how a male transforms his outer self into a female, but this one has a nice twist and does NOT follow this usual theme. It starts as a mystery as the main character has had a loss of memory, and she doesn't even know her own name, or where she came from, or anything about her life before she woke up at the start of our story. From there, you join Sara on her twisting, winding journey to find out where she came from. A fascinating read.
