Twenty-two-year-old Martin is experiencing the problems a lot of young adults encounter, including trying to find a job. Job interview after job interview results in rejection. He also needs a less expensive place to live. He finds an ad for a room in a nice section of town that seems to good to be true. The woman offering the accommodations is an attractive redhead and she makes Martin an offer at arent that seems to good to be true.
Martin accepts, even though the room he is to occupy is the most overly feminine space he has ever seen. Karen, his new landlady, has a secret agenda involving the slightly-built young man and as soon as he has moved in, she starts to put it into place. Baffling to Martin, he starts to have intense dreams about wearing the clothing in the drawers in his new room and acting feminine, to the point of nursing Karen's baby girl. This bizarre change in attitude is both baffling and pleasant to Martin. Over the next weeks, he becomes increasingly feminine and comfortable with his new persona.
